Our Commitment to Sustainability At Can't Translate Saudade, we operate on a made-to-order basis. This means your garment is printed specifically for you only after your purchase is confirmed. By producing on demand, we eliminate overstock and significantly reduce environmental waste.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is uniquely crafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page and strongly encourage you to consult it before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damages and Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at loja@nannamillano.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your email.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As our products are printed on demand, they fall under this category of bespoke items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable) In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., defective item where a replacement is not possible), we will notify you once we’ve processed your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Duties: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
